🍸Drink: A Cosmo On The Rocks with a splash of “blood” orrrrr a Bloody Mary (of course)
I was so torn on what drink to make for this book so of course I just made two! ✌️
The first was one that perfectly matched the cover and themes of the book - On The Rocks is a pre-made cocktail co. and their Cosmo is extremely strong and extremely pink. Plus, I thought it was sort of funny since Finlay’s life was *on the rocks*. Then I added a little shot of grenadine and watched it blend with the cosmo like blood - a nod to the multiple murders in the story!
The second drink, a Bloody Mary, was because that was Finlay’s drink of choice in the book. Who orders a Bloody Mary on a weeknight at the bar? She does!

This book was a perfect read. It was a perfect blend of mystery and romance, plus it was laugh-out-loud funny. I absolutely l-o-v-e-d it, and am thrilled that we are not only getting a sequel but a screen adaptation too!
