Sip Story: Imitation Bloody Moscow Mule x A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder

✨A GOOD GIRL’S GUIDE TO MURDER - Series by Holly Jackson ✨

🩸Drink: Imitation Bloody Moscow Mule

    • Fill your copper mug with ice

    • Pour in 2 oz of pomegranate juice, 2 oz of fresh squeezed lime juice

    • Top with ginger beer and stir

    • Garnish with a torched citrus peel

First of all, I *had* to pull out my Hunt a Killer copper mug for this drink! For those of you who don’t know - Hunt a Killer is a subscription mystery box game where you and your friends/family solve a crime. I bought a subscription for my family last Christmas and none of them have wanted to do them with me so @stephanielib and I are going to do a binge solving night. It’s like an at home escape room!

So obviously playing that game makes me literally feel like detective Pip 🔍😂 A Moscow mule is a traditional drink but adding the pomegranate gives it a bloody twist, and of course we made it an “imitation” drink because nothing is ever as it seems 🤫

🌟Review:  I love, love, love this series! I literally could not put the first book down, and then immediately went to B&N to buy the sequel. Personally - I loved the sequel more than the first, which is rarely the case for me. The only reason I actually gave book one in the series 4 stars was because of the dog situation (for those of you who read the book, you will know what I mean). I felt like there were so many other things that could have happened to create the same effect, and it just felt so unnecessary and sad to me. The second book however was perfect, and I wish I could actually listen to Pip’s podcast.

I’m dying to get my hands on the third!! I can’t wait!
