☀️Drink: Whatever your favorite vacation drink is! I chose two… an Aperol Spritz, and a Corona Refresca.

    • Aperol Spritz Recipe:

      • In a large stemmed glass, add ice

      • Pour in 4 oz. Aperol, and 4 oz. Prosecco

      • For a fun twist, add a splash of flavored seltzer (I love lime)

      • Add a squeeze of fresh orange and drop in the wedge, voila!

The Aperol Spritz is the ultimate vacation beverage - I think we can all agree on that much. When I think of vacation, this is the drink that I crave. Every sip brings me back to the piazza in Florence where I first tried one, to the restaurant on the water in St Tropez , and yes - even to our family’s backyard during lockdown when we were pretending we were on vacation 😂 

But at the same time, if I was Alex/Poppy burning up in Palm Springs and sitting by the pool - a Corona Refresca would be at the top of my list. A - it’s pool friendly since it’s summer in a can and B - it’s tasty as heck! 

🌟Review: I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… Emily Henry just makes me love love! It’s that simple. I loved this book - along with the rest of the world. Although this book doesn’t hold the special place in my heart like Beach Read does, it was still a 5 star read. I’m soooo ready for Book Lovers to come out because Emily Henry is just one of those authors that can literally do no wrong in my eyes!
